Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in 5â
all-day dining hotels
- Expertise in Mediterranean and Brazilian cuisine with a luxury gastronomy vision
- Solid experience with multi-outlets (restaurant, room service, and pool)
- Ability to deliver high volumes with excellence
- Experienced with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards
- Team management experience with over 40 colleagues
- HACCP protocol knowledge
- Practical English, a plus
