We are looking for a Commis de Partie to join the team at Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel in Taormina, Italy. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

Requirements

• Exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and order of the workstation and kitchen
• Effective communication and emotional intelligence
• Adaptability and collaboration
• Basic knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques
• At least 1 year previous professional experience in a similar role in a luxury environment
