You will work closely with the Chef de Rang, learning the nuances of refined service and providing crucial assistance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, even if not specifically in fine dining, is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career in high-end food and beverage service.
- Excellent work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
