As Guest Relations Executive at Sanctuary Lodge, a Belmond Hotel, Machu Picchu, your role will be instrumental in providing personalized and exceptional assistance to each and every one of our guests. You will be the primary point of contact to ensure that their expectations are not only met, but exceeded, creating unforgettable moments during their stay at one of the most iconic destinations in the world.
Requirements
- Reviewing daily arrival reports to identify and prepare VIP guest welcome
- Reception and personalized Check-In for VIP guests
- Providing continuous assistance and proactively addressing guest preferences and requirements
- Advising on local points of interest, restaurants, boutiques, and hotel services such as spa and tours
- Efficiently managing and resolving incidents, complaints, or concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Coordinating and personalizing amenities for various types of guests
- Keeping the directory of points of interest and services up to date
- Creating personalized communications (welcome letters, apologies, etc.) for guests
- Following up on hotel services and packages
- Ensuring compliance with service quality standards and work procedures
