The Food and Beverage Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of all food and beverage areas of the hotel, ensuring a professional, efficient, and aligned service to the highest standards of the brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Gastronomy, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, leading teams and operations in luxury hotels or high-end establishments
- Advanced English and intermediate-level Microsoft Office management
- Inspiring leadership, focusing on talent development, fostering high-performance teams, and professional growth
- Solid knowledge of A&B operations, food safety and hygiene standards, strategic planning, inventory management, and cost control, as well as luxury service protocols and quality standards
- Strategic planning and organization skills, problem-solving and crisis management, and customer and service quality orientation
