• At least 1 year of experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate or advanced English level to maintain conversations in English with guests and explain services, ingredients, and the story behind each dish.
• Ability to respond to questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive gastronomic experience for guests.
