As a Maintenance Administrative Trainee, you will provide administrative support to the Maintenance area to facilitate task organization and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. You will contribute to the agility and overall efficiency of the area, supporting in coordination, follow-up, and order of the necessary information for the correct functioning of maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Support in the administration of staff schedules (absences, rotation, and unexpected events), ensuring operational coverage.
• Manage and control overtime, consolidating information, and meeting reporting deadlines.
• Update and follow up on the monthly training drive of the area.
• Register and control training, maintaining the general matrix of the area up-to-date.
• Provide support in closing the month, ensuring correct execution and timely delivery of information.
• Support in the preparation of budgets and quotes for specific works.
• Follow up on purchase requests for materials, spare parts, and tools via Workday.
• Communicate area news through emails and internal coordination.
• Prepare and consolidate reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) as required.
• Support in collecting information for audits (SGS, INDECI, etc.) and ensuring compliance with hotel standards (LQA, HACCP) and occupational health and safety guidelines.
