Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Implementation Manager (Enterprise) to lead complex enterprise implementations end-to-end, navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities across clients' organisations and ours. The ideal candidate has significant experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise organisations and a track record of running structured UAT programmes and managing client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise organisations
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery: from programme management, delivery, or implementation leadership
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience with CRM and project tooling (HubSpot, Linear, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities across client organisations and ours
- Experience managing structured UAT programmes and transitioning to live operations without disrupting the client's business
