Job Description
Benchmark is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant/Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and efficient loan processing. The role involves supporting Loan Originators/Production Partners through sales assistance, document collection, and customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Requirements
- Provide administrative and sales support to loan originators and production partners.
- Collect and distribute documents and information.
- Assist loan originators and production partners in managing the loan pipeline.
- Communicate with applicants on behalf of the loan originator/production partner.
