Job Description
Benchmark provides excellent customer service and efficient loan processing. The Loan Officer Assistant/Coordinator supports Loan Originators and Production Partners through sales assistance, loan coordination, and customer service. This role involves collecting and distributing documents, managing loan applications, and communicating with applicants.
Requirements
- Provide administrative and sales support to loan originators and production partners.
- Collect and distribute documents and information for loan processing.
- Assist loan originators and production partners with loan applications.
- Communicate with applicants about loan status.
- Excellent customer service oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven organization skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan process.
- Experience with English and Creole.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed in market area and registered nationally in NMLS (preferred).
