Job Description
Benchmark is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer to focus on loan application origination, relationship building, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented individual with experience in mortgage lending and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include analyzing applications, providing disclosures, and supporting the loan process.
Requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and past clients.
- Analyze mortgage applications and determine eligibility for loan programs.
- Gather and provide application data to loan processors.
- Communicate qualification and risk information to applicants.
- Support communication between operations and borrowers.
- Provide initial documents and disclosures.
