Job Description
Benchmark is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant/Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and efficient loan processing. This role involves administrative support, document collection, and communication with applicants. The ideal candidate is a strong service-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- One to two years residential mortgage experience preferred.
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Licensed in market area and registered nationally in NMLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working effectively with frequent interruptions
