Job Description
Benchmark is seeking a Reverse Loan Officer to focus on sourcing and originating loan applications from consumers. The role involves building relationships with clients, maintaining a pipeline of applications, and providing information on reverse mortgages. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and a proven understanding of the reverse mortgage loan process, particularly HECM and proprietary products.
Requirements
