Job Description
Benchmark is seeking a Loan Officer to build and maintain relationships with consumers, sourcing and originating loan applications. The role involves analyzing reverse mortgage applications, communicating with applicants, and providing initial disclosures. The ideal candidate will have experience in reverse mortgage sales, a strong service mindset, and a thorough understanding of regulations.
