Job Description
Benchmark is seeking a Reverse Loan Officer to build and maintain relationships with consumers to generate loan applications. The role focuses on providing support and education to prospective homeowners through the reverse mortgage process, ensuring compliance with regulations and utilizing various loan products. This position requires a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with consumers and referral bases.
- Maintain a high-quality reverse mortgage application pipeline.
- Analyze reverse mortgage applications and determine eligibility for programs.
- Communicate the benefits and risks of different loan products.
- Work with assigned Benchmark branches in various aspects of the reverse mortgage program.
- Prioritize and multi-task effectively.
- Adapt to market changes.
- Monitor and track multiple deadlines.
- Lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally
- Frequent travel >50%
