Job Description
Benchmarks is seeking a Reverse Loan Officer to focus on sourcing and originating loan applications, building relationships with consumers, and managing a pipeline of applicants. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills, along with a good understanding of reverse mortgage products and processes. Candidates should have experience with reverse mortgages, regulatory compliance, and marketing.

- General knowledge of credit reports and Financial Assessment
- Ability to adapt to market changes
- Experience with funded reverse mortgages (12+ months)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed in the market area and registered in NMLS
- Professional certification (CRMP) a plus
