Job Description
BenchPrep is a learning platform focused on HR certification prep. They are seeking a Part-Time Product Manager to drive the success of their HRCI product line by combining product management expertise with HR domain knowledge. The role involves product strategy, execution, stakeholder collaboration, and performance measurement.
Requirements
- Experience 5+ years of product management or product ownership.
- Background or certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, or similar).
- Strong understanding of HR certification landscape and learner needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with analytics experience.
