As the Manager, Student Wellbeing and Engagement, you will lead a critical portfolio at Bendigo Kangan Institute, shaping how the institution supports student retention, wellbeing, belonging and success across the full learner lifecycle.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling or a related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience in wellbeing, engagement or student support within education or a comparable setting
- Strong clinical governance knowledge, including trauma‐informed practice and legislative compliance
- Proven experience leading change, service integration and continuous improvement initiatives
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high‐performing, multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
