We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Avondale Heights Care Community.

Requirements

• Passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences
• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded)
• Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team
• Relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable
