We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Caulfield Horizons Care Community.
Requirements
- Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
- Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
- Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.
- Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.
