Director of Residence Life

The Director of Residence Life provides leadership of residence life and housing for over 2,000 resident and non-resident students in a manner that complements the mission of Benedictine College.

Requirements

• Serve as the Director of Residence Life by providing leadership, vision, administration for student housing and residential life programs, staff, and facilities
• Hire, train and supervise residential life staff
• Review and develop residential life policies, procedures, and RD/RA handbooks
• Plan, implement, and manage housing assignments
• Develop, update, and maintain the housing application, room and board agreements, and office publications
