Job Description
The Residence Hall Director provides leadership of a male residence hall on campus, ranging from 140 to 200 male resident students, in a manner that complements the mission of Benedictine College and as a team member of the Student Life Office.
Requirements
- Participate in staff orientation, in-service training, and staff meetings.
- Supervise the student staff.
- Mentor students and RA's to initiate, plan and carry out social, spiritual, educational and intramural activities.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Housekeeping, and the Director of Residence Life in matters of inventory, housekeeping, and maintenance.
