Job Description
Beneficial State Bank seeks a Community Development Program Management professional to execute and support CRA, CDFI, ECIP, and related regulatory programs, ensuring full compliance with federal requirements while advancing the Bank’s mission-driven community impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), community development, fair banking, regulatory compliance, or related financial services roles
- Working knowledge of CRA laws, regulations, and examination frameworks
- Experience managing regulatory data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting
