Job Description
As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you’ll be the inspiring leader of your restaurant team, overseeing daily operations, guiding and motivating your team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Managing the restaurant’s performance
- Coaching, training, and engaging your team to help them reach their full potential
- Meeting KPIs to ensure your restaurant maintains high standards
- Performing weekly administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Managing the restaurant’s profit and loss account
- Leading by example on the floor, ensuring guests have a memorable experience that keeps them coming back
