As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you’ll be the inspiring leader of your restaurant team, overseeing daily operations and responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s activities. You'll guide and motivate your team, create a positive team atmosphere, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Equivalent to MBO+/HBO level education and proven experience in leading and developing a diverse team with strong communication skills
- Retail or hospitality management experience, with a track record of enhancing the customer experience
- Proven ability to grow sales and sound commercial judgment in making business decisions
- Understanding of profit and loss drivers; experience in cost management and commercial strategies
