As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a team of 50-100 employees, and ensure an exceptional experience for guests. You'll have autonomy to run the restaurant like your own business, focusing on driving improvements across four key areas: People, Guests, Sales, and Profit.
Requirements
- Equivalent to MBO+/HBO level education
- Proven experience in leading and developing a diverse team with strong communication skills
- Retail or hospitality management experience with a track record of enhancing the customer experience
- Proven ability to grow sales and sound commercial judgment in making business decisions
- Understanding of profit and loss drivers and experience in cost management and commercial strategies
