Job Description
As a Shift Leader at KFC, you will be an inspiring leader working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure our core operations run at peak performance. Your role is to coach and guide your team of about 7 to 25 members, ensuring a reliable and consistent experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and developing diverse teams
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of HR processes
- A proven track record in enhancing guest experience and driving sales
- Experience in understanding profit and loss factors, managing costs, and making effective decisions
