Benepass is a fintech platform that makes benefits easy for companies. As an Associate, Strategic Alliances, you will play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem by initiating and deepening relationships with top-tier benefit brokerages.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role within a benefits consulting, brokerage, or advisory environment
• Proven experience engaging external stakeholders through email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable executing outbound prospecting, including making phone calls and crafting highly personalized outreach
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and log activity
