Staff Software Engineer (Fintech)

Benepass is a fintech company that helps companies reimagine how they take care of their people. We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own and evolve the systems at the core of our platform, including ledgering, transaction processing, and money movement.

Requirements

• Experience building or operating financial systems such as payments, card issuing, wallets, or banking infrastructure
• Deep understanding of fintech and payments ecosystems
• Experience designing or working on a ledger system
• Experience building decisioning systems in production
• Experience working on systems that handle real money at scale
• Proficiency in Python and relational databases
