Job Description
Benevity is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead functional people leadership, technical knowledge, and project commitments. The role requires experience with cloud-based technologies, AI development, and end-to-end SaaS product development. The successful candidate will be passionate about building technology teams, developing people, and fostering a sense of team ownership.
Requirements
- Successful track record as a software development manager
- Experience with cloud-based technologies
- Experience with AI development tooling and an AI-first mindset
- Experience in end-to-end SaaS product development
- Direct functional people leadership experience
- High level of technical knowledge, including at a code level
- Leadership and management skills
- Experience with development methodologies and ability to adapt and change approaches
- Ability to keep up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
