Join a dynamic team at Catalis, a leading government Software as a Service (SaaS) and integrated payments provider, as a Software Development Manager. This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, and delivery accountability to lead a cross-functional delivery team of software developers, quality assurance analysts, and business analysts responsible for the design, development, and ongoing operation of a cloud-based ERP platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including people leadership roles
- Experience delivering and supporting cloud-based enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, DevOps principles, and Agile delivery
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex systems
