This role is a steppingstone for developing sales experience with a high-energy team and becoming part of an iconic and growing Berkshire Hathaway family brand. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to relocate within a designated region once a Territory Representative role becomes available.
As a Sales Associate, you will participate in an exciting program that exemplifies Benjamin Moore's commitment to having the best, most customer-centric sales force in the business. You will develop expert knowledge and skills about Benjamin Moore's products, programs, and services, and take on more Territory Representative responsibilities after the initial onboarding period.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, excellent relationship management and team interaction skills, and a demonstrated passion for servicing customers and creating solutions.
