Join Benjamin Moore as a Sales Associate and develop your sales experience with a high-energy team. This role is a steppingstone for you to be a part of the new generation of sales talent and will ultimately prepare you to move up into a Territory Sales Representative role.
As a Sales Associate, you will focus on learning and engaging with Benjamin Moore's Field Sales team and clients for the first 10-12 weeks. After the initial onboarding period, you will take on more Territory Representative responsibilities, including territory management, sales and revenue growth, customer relationship management, and product knowledge and market awareness.
The ideal candidate must be willing and able to relocate within a designated region and have a strong work ethic with a commitment to building a career path. You will have the opportunity to develop sales skills and product knowledge, and become a Brand Ambassador and learn what it means to live the Benjamin Moore mission and values.
