Job Description
AI Engineer to join a dynamic development team building SYNCHRO, a revolutionary 4D construction planning and project management suite. Responsibilities include analyzing user workflows, implementing AI features, and designing scalable desktop application features.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
- Familiarity with open-source AI models and related toolchains
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React, with a strong understanding of modern software development practices
- Experience with JS test frameworks, data structures and OOP
- Working experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, testable, efficient, and secure code
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms
- Experience with Linux and DevOps tools (Git, Jira, Docker)
