Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive secretary who feels at home in a diverse work environment. As a secretary in our Openbaar Bestuur advice group, you will play an important role in supporting advisors in their daily work and working together with the secretary team. No day is the same, and your role is crucial for the smooth operation of the daily work.
Requirements
- Mbo + or HBO work and thinking level with at least two years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and experience with complex agendas
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- A hands-on mentality, combined with humor and collegiality
- A proactive working attitude and excellent communication skills
- Experience with systems such as AFAS and Recruitee (or learn quickly!)
