We are looking for a driven secretary who can thrive in a dynamic and sustainable environment. As a team secretary in our Energy and Environment team, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. With your organizational skills and attention to detail, you will primarily support the project administration and invoicing processes.

Requirements

• Completed MBO education and at least two years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience and affinity with project administration and invoicing processes, knowledge of AFAS is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and experience with managing complex agendas
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing, English is a plus
• A hands-on mentality, combined with entrepreneurship, humor, and teamwork
• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
