Requirements

• almost completed master's degree in a technical or business study
• maximal 2 years of relevant work experience
• good command of the Dutch language (C1 level)
• strong analytical capacity and excellent social skills
• affinity with strategy, process optimization, digitalization, and sustainability
• collaboration-oriented attitude towards all layers of the client organization
• flexibility to work in changing environments and projects
• result-oriented, good sense of service, and interest in further developing yourself as an advisor
