Job Description
The Real Estate Asset Manager will oversee the financial performance of assigned portfolios, analyzing trends and implementing corrective strategies. They will also develop and update cash flow models, assist in asset valuation, and monitor loan performance.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or financial analysis
- Direct oversight of multifamily properties
- Strong financial acumen
- Analytical Thinking mindset
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft office (advanced spreadsheet modeling in Excel)
