Job Description
Join Berger Communities as a Maintenance Technician at Audubon Pointe Apartments in West Chester, PA. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and maintaining the highest level of resident satisfaction. Benefits include a $1,000 sign on bonus, monthly renewal bonus, work order completion bonus, benefits, and a $140/week on-call bonus. We offer a $21-$24/hour salary, a 401K plan with employer match, and added benefits such as tuition assistance and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Two years experience as a maintenance technician and/or training
- High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
- Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record and a reliable form of transportation
