Job Description
As a Service Technician at Berger Communities, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairing issues in apartment homes and buildings. The role involves preparing vacant apartments for leasing, maintaining grounds and common areas, and ensuring resident satisfaction through responsive and professional interactions.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as a maintenance technician and/or training
- High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
- Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record and a reliable form of transportation
