
Job description
The Export Sales Administration Manager supervises and coordinates sales contract management operations, from drawing up sales proposals to delivery to the customer. They are responsible for invoicing and compliance with margins, and implement actions to optimize various processes.
The Export Sales Administration Manager will participate in the analysis of financial and commercial business risks, control the preparation and follow-up of customer commercial offers, and oversee the costing of spare parts for support measures under material contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in international trade or management, and/or significant experience. They will have general knowledge of international trade, finance, management, and IT tools, as well as advanced level English skills.
