KLARSTEIN is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to join their e-commerce company in Europe. The role involves leading a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, prioritizing UI/UX features, and evaluating A/B test results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience as a CX specialist or Customer support TL
• Fluency in Slovak and English
• Pro-customer oriented mindset
• Analytical thinking and experience with PowerBI
• Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to take ownership of complex tasks
• Problem solving and experience in leading teams
