Job Description
The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work and sales. They will address customer concerns, complete transactions within the dealer management system, and coordinate vehicle delivery. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
Requirements
- Answer phone calls, emails, and drive to customer service.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Shop Foreman.
- Accurately record and document issues in the Dealer Management System.
- Verify and provide service summaries to customers.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and pick-up.
- Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
