Account Manager

At Penguin Random House, we are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to join our sales team in Brisbane. The role will involve maximizing book sales across a selection of our Booksellers, developing and managing relationships with customers, and meeting agreed sales budgets.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales
• Experience using feedback and data analysis to make informed and strategic decisions
• Proven ability to think and work analytically
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in the publishing or book industry is highly desirable
