DK Human Resources is seeking a HR Business Partner to act as a key advisor to our leadership teams, leading on divisional people plans, employee relations, change management, recruitment and onboarding, talent and succession, and learning and development. The successful candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, including core HR generalist expertise, effective business partnering, L&D capability, and influential communication. They will be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes and uses a pragmatic approach to resolve HR challenges. The role is based in London, UK, and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Pimlico office.
Requirements
- Core HR Generalist Expertise: You bring a comprehensive background in generalist Human Resources. You are adept at navigating UK employment law and have the practical experience required to manage complex people issues and casework independently.
- Effective Business Partner: You have significant experience working alongside senior leaders to ensure people practices directly support and improve departmental performance.
- L&D Capability: Alongside your generalist foundations, you have a successful track record of creating, delivering, and measuring the impact of meaningful training and talent programmes.
- Influential Communicator: You are a clear, confident communicator who can influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels, both in person and in writing.
- Highly Organised: You possess excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to balance the demands of active casework with long-term L&D initiatives.
