Senior Manager M&A / Corporate Development (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Manager M&A / Corporate Development to support the establishment of new business fields and further development of our business model in the health market. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in M&A, corporate development, venture capital, consulting, or building and scaling digital business models.

Requirements

• Identification, analysis, and prioritization of acquisition targets in the HealthTech, FinTech, and SaaS fields
• Comprehensive responsibility for M&A transactions: from deal sourcing to evaluation, due diligence, and contract negotiations to successful integration
• Development and implementation of a structured buy-and-build strategy with a focus on embedded finance and digital, technology-driven business models
• Exploration and scaling of growth fields around payment, factoring, billing, working capital, and HealthTech platforms
• Analysis of relevant market and technology trends and translation into concrete initiatives
• Development of robust business cases and preparation of investment and strategic decisions in close cooperation with top management
