Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partner, or similar roles.
- Experience managing selection processes autonomously.
- Experience in development initiatives, training, or talent management.
- Good communication and interlocution skills.
- Business-oriented and analytical capacity.
- Professional level of English (international environment).
