We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our team of People & Culture at PRHGE, responsible for talent attraction and development, and managing selection processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partner, or similar roles.
• Experience managing selection processes autonomously.
• Experience in development initiatives, training, or talent management.
• Good communication and interlocution skills.
• Business-oriented and analytical capacity.
• Professional level of English (international environment).
