Customer Support Agent (Russian Speaking)

We are seeking a Russian-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our remote-first, international team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the voice of our brand for the Russian-speaking market, engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat, and providing accurate solutions to complex challenges. The role requires fluency in Russian and English, previous experience in customer support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
