Managing Director, European Electronic Equity Sales

BestEx Research seeks a Managing Director, European Electronic Equity Sales to lead sales efforts in the European markets. The successful candidate will have deep product knowledge, strong relationships with key decision makers, and a proven track record in sales within equities electronic trading.

Requirements

• Deep product knowledge and strong relationships with key decision makers at institutional investment firms
• Self-starter mentality with ability to independently prospect, qualify leads, and manage a full sales pipeline
• Expertise in demonstrating complex trading algorithms, customizing pitches, and articulating value propositions
• Strong closing skills with experience negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and achieving sales targets
• Results-oriented, resilient, and committed to staying updated on regulatory changes
• Proven track record in sales within equities electronic trading, with a focus on algorithmic execution strategies and tools
• Deep understanding of execution algorithms, European equity market structure, and competitive landscape among algorithmic execution platforms
• Established network of relationships with key decision makers at buy-side and sell-side institutional clients in European markets
