Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Bestow is a leading vertical technology platform serving life insurers, and we're looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our Frontend Platform team. The successful candidate will lead the evolution of our frontend platform, architect and implement complex user interfaces, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with significant depth in React and modern SSR frameworks
• Expert-level understanding of GraphQL architecture
• Proven track record of delivering accessible, performant, and scalable frontend solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and tools
• Extensive experience designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling frontend architectures
• Track record of mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
